do you know what time this is happening? Just looked at the AOPA website and there is no mention of it! My grandfather flew one of these in WWII and I would love to take my kid to see that.
I just checked the AOPA website (for the aviation show) and there is no mention. I'd love to take my kid to see the plane her great grandfather (who is 91 years old now) flew in WWII. Where did you get the info and what time is the fly over?
I haven't flown in a B-29 but I was int eh right place at the right time to get to fly in a B-17 and all I can say is find a way to do it! It was incredible. I have toured FiFi, but it was over 10 years ago. At least go watch and if you can find a way to fly it will be worth it.
