Good LORD! 3500? Yikes! Good ol WWII technology! Is that the Allison, the Rolls Merlin or the Packard Merlin in it? And how did they get it the HP so high? I thought that the Merlins were much lower...like 1100 or so.
my ex-girlfriends dad was a pilot, and he's flown those once or twice. he said the torque steer was brutal! you have to constantly be pulling left against the prop to go straight.
