Spent a lot of time this year when i was in nyc for the invitational hanging with Wes in his studio as he is working for his upcoming show in Copenhagen.

I've just gotten a glimpse of how his mind works.

An insightful body of work that epitomizes the old adage, ‘ recycle, reduce, and reuse ‘ here’s your chance to witness Wes Lang’s, ‘Staring At Empty Pages’ exhibit. You will see first hand, Lang’s signature science at work as he engineers objects from his own personal collections and injects it into the aesthetic we see before us.

The opening reception begins this Friday, November 12th from 6pm – 9pm at Partners & Spade, Saturday, November 20th, from 2pm – 4pm at the Gallery, and Lang himself will be giving tattoos from a selection of custom flash!
