It is an artist by the name of J Young and the name of that piece is apparently "Swan- Standing Nude Contortionist Sculpture" and is listed as mixed media- two feet tall. This is a cancan dance move known as a port d'armes, so probably a french sculptor. Nice enough to be by Rodin.
