The Loveless and Streets of Fire.
both with killer soundtracks.
and Willem Dafoe, ok this one DOES have Lee Ving in it!
Ive been tryin to find more info on the bikes used in this movie but never had any luck.

Streets of Fire is worth checking out.
This is a sleeper gay biker movie, like rumblefish. definately not a MC flick.
This is the movie when I first discovered I liked the fat tire rat bikes and Diane Lane!
