Clay Lacy's Mustang

Funny thing, in 93 Clay Lacy brought a bone stock all original knucklehead with all kinds of neat factory and period options on it into a shop i worked at to have some work done on it...
I know i worked on it but dont remember what i did! Just that the bike was Clay Lacy's!

The first thing that happens when you get old is you start to lose your memory.

I forget what happens after that...

Haha. Cheers...

Clay Lacy was the first to beat Darryl in the gold final on Sunday, darryl couldn't get the gear up on the Conquest Bearcat and lacy was therefore able to get around him and take the gold, it ended like a six year winning streak for Darryl.

Hellz yeah!

My Pops worked at Van Nuys airport in the early 60s-71 where he built and serviced Aerostars. I remember him taking me a few times to talk to Clay, and see his plane...good times!

I'll have to see if he has any old photos to scan and share with ya'.
