This is my grandmother in Ponca City, OK.

She was a charter member of the 99's
The first 99 women licensed to fly in the USA.

That rules, I miss her.

she is probably smiling that you carry her with you, have not forgotten her, and emulate her in many ways by your courage and creativity...

Landing beacon tower in background. High mono wing. Water cooled V-type engine with prop spinner. Small wind (prop) driven auxilary generator mounted behind her on landing gear.

Fairly advanced private aircraft for 1930. Dig it.
